    Your puppy comes with...

Your new Lab puppy joins you with the following: a Veterinarian check-up, his/her first puppy vaccine, his/her dew claws removed, and he/she will be started on a Heart worm preventative.

We provide you with a Bill of Sale, his/her vaccination and de-worming record, a copy of his/her Vet check-up, his/her AKC Registration application, copies of his/herher parents certifications, and lastly a pamphlet of information to help you and your new puppy through the transition period.

We further offer you continued support either by phone or email to help guide you through any puppy
    questions.

***We are not Veterinarians, nor can we offer Veterinarian advise. If your new puppy exhibits any health issues or is in need of immediate medical attention, contact your Veterinarian for assistance. You, being the owner of record are 100% financially responsible to bear all costs according to their recommended treatment options***

    NEW PUPPY EXAM...

We require within the initial 72 hours of taking possession of your new Lab puppy, you will have a
through exam performed by a qualified Veterinarian of your choice, so you are assured that your puppy is healthy, playful and alert.

We further require that a copy of your new puppy's check-up be faxed, emailed or sent by USPS to Seifert Labradors. If your Veterinarian finds health concerns at the time of this check-up you may return the puppy along with your Veterinarian's written diagnosis and receive a full refund of your adoption fee.

Our New Puppy Guarantee will be "NULL and VOID" if the 72 hour exam is forfeited.

    GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE...

Our genetic health guarantee covers hips, elbows, heart, and eyes, or any other genetic faults known to the Lab breed for 1 year from your puppy's date of birth, regardless of his/her adoption date.

If your puppy experiences any of the genetic faults listed above, you must inform us immediately! Take your puppy to the Vet, seek treatment, and provide us with your Vet's written prognosis. If your puppy's condition is deemed heriditary - females must be spayed and males neutered, if a spay/neuter certificate is not submitted to Seifert Labradors our genetic health guarantee will be "Null and Void".

We will seek a second opinion by our Vet, and or Specilaists to confirm that your puppy has a genetic fault by the prognosis your Vet has provided, and possibly by exam, when necessary by our Vet. If all Vets concur that the fault is genetic in nature, we will provide you with a replacement puppy from a comparable pedigree (we know you have a special bond and will not force you to return your puppy). If, you opt to not accept a replacement puppy we will refund 1/2 of your initial adoption fee provided it's within 1 year from your puppy's DOB (Date of Birth).

At times it may be in the best health interest to euthunise your puppy/dog. If this is the case and you opt for surgery as a last ditch effort to prolong his/her life, you, being the owner of record are 100% financially responsible for his/her surgery, aftercare, and medication costs. We understand how difficult it can be to make this decision and are here to support your Vet's recomendations, and well as to morally support you in this difficult time.

    RECOMMENDATIONS

~Lifestyle choices can have positive and negative influences on your puppy's growth and development during his/her puppy years; a Vet can provide you with health information from raising a healthy puppy to optimal health as an elder Lab into his/her senior years~

***If your Labrador puppy contracts any puppy/dog diseases or illnesses after you take possession of him/her, or is diagnosed with any other medical condition(s) - you, being the owner of record are 100% financially responsible for his/her veterinary care and all fees associated with such care***
