| Our chocolate, yellow, and black lab puppies are handled on a daily basis from the very moment they enter our world by ourselves, our children, and our grandchildren; giving them an early start to human interaction making them comfortable with both adults and children. We provide our puppies with socialization skills to enhance their demeanors making them an pleasure to own. Our puppies remain with us until they are 8 weeks old to insure they get the complete "litter mate socialization", a necessity in a dogs life. We socialize our Chocolate Lab puppies to environmental elements such as dirt, grass, rocks, snow and rain when available; and they will be leash started by the time they are ready to join you. Your new Labrador puppy will be a part of your life for the next 12 plus years, therefore we highly recommend feeding a diet of Purina Pro Plan foods. For the last 9 years we have fed our Labrador retrievers a diet consisting of 4 blends of Purina Pro Plan foods to enhance their mental and physical growth. We truly believe that a diet in Quality ingredients promotes healthy Labrador Retrievers. |
| Our puppies are available for adoption to approved homes on "AKC Limited Registrations; we further recommend that our puppies be spayed/neutered according to your Veterinarian recommendations. We strive to meet the American Kennel Club recommendations, therefore we do not breed before 2 years of age, nor do we breed on preliminary OFA certification of the hips or elbows. At 2 years of age our breed stock is tested and cleared by OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) on the Hips and Elbows, Optigen (for Hereditary Eye diseases), EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse), and an annual CERF (Canine Eye Registry Foundation) exam, before any breeding is considered. |

Our guarantee to you... Your new Lab puppy joins you with the following: a Veterinarian check-up, his/her first puppy vaccine, his/her dew claws removed, and he/she will be started on a Heart worm preventative. We provide you with our written health guarantee limited to the Hips, Elbows, and Eyes, bill of sale, his/her vaccination and de-worming record, a copy of our Vet check-up, his/her AKC registration application, and lastly a pamphlet of information to help you and your new puppy through the transition period; we further offer you continued support either by phone or email to help guide you through any puppy questions or concerns. OUR NEW PUPPY GUARANTEE...We require with in the initial 72 hours of taking possession of your new Lab puppy, you will have a through exam performed by a qualified Veterinarian of your choice, so you are assured that your puppy is healthy, playful and alert. We further require a copy of your veterinarian check-up be faxed, emailed or sent by USPS to Seifert Labradors. If your veterinarian finds a health condition at the time of this check-up you may return the puppy along with your Veterinarian's written diagnosis and receive a full refund of your adoption fee. Our New Puppy Guarantee will be "NULL and VOID" if the 72 hour exam is forfeited. OUR GENERAL HEALTH GUARANTEE is limited to the hips, elbows, and eyes for 1 year from his/her DOB. We provide you with our written step by step required process if your Lab puppy should be diagnosed with a hereditary health condition with in his/ her first year. If your puppy has a Hereditary health condition diagnosis by your Veterinarian we will then submit his/her report for a second opinion to our Veterinarian and/or Veterinarian Specialists. Once you have completed the following requirements and providing our Veterinarian and/or Veterinarian Specialists concur that he/she has a hereditary health condition, and you have submitted Seifert Labradors with a copy of his/her spay/neuter certificate your adoption fee will be refunded when you return the puppy/dog to Seifert Labradors. If you opt to keep the puppy/dog, 1/2 of the adoption fee will be refunded after a copy of his/her spay/neuter certificate is submitted to Seifert Labradors. In either case if a spay/neuter certificate is not submitted to Seifert Labradors our General Health Guarantee will be" Null and Void". ***If your Labrador puppy contracts any puppy/dog diseases or illnesses after you take possession of him/her, or is diagnosed with any other medical condition(s), you being the owner of record are 100% financially responsible for his/her veterinary care and all fees associated with such care*** Thank you, for your interest in our Chocolate Lab puppies. |
